There's no hard credit score requirement. Our lending partners focus on the deal first—the property, the numbers, and your exit strategy. That said, a score above 650 is helpful. If your score is lower, Rich can still connect you with lenders depending on the deal strength.

For DSCR rental loans, no — our lending partners qualify based on the property's rental income, not your personal income. For fix-and-flip and construction loans, lenders focus on deal strength and your experience. Personal income is secondary to the deal quality.
